# Known Issues

This page documents known limitations of the Flutter SDK. If you run into an issue not listed here, contact your Incode representative.

## iOS Simulator from VSCode

Running the app on the iOS Simulator from VSCode isn't currently supported. Run the app from Xcode to test on the iOS Simulator. Set `testMode` to `true` before running the app.

## Simulators and emulators

Running on simulators or emulators can trigger security checks that return errors such as `simulatorDetected` or `testModeEnabled`. Set `testMode` to `true` when calling [`init`](./flutter-api-reference#init) on simulators or emulators, and set it to `false` on real devices in production.
