The Risk AI Agent module adds Risk AI Agent, Incode's intelligent fraud decisioning system, to a verification session. It evaluates signals from across the session and produces a more accurate pass/fail decision than set thresholds or custom rules. It is designed to run as a process at the end of a Flow or Workflow, after upstream modules have produced their outputs.

Add Risk AI Agent to Workflows
- In the left menu, click Flow Builder > Workflows.
- Click New or select an existing Workflow.
- Ensure the upstream modules that collect verification data (for example, ID Validation) are in your Workflow.
- From the Processes list, drag and drop the Risk AI Agent module into the builder after the upstream modules.
Add Risk AI Agent to Flows
- In the left menu, click Flow Builder > Flows.
- Click New or select an existing Flow.
- Ensure the upstream modules that collect verification data (for example, ID Validation) are in your Workflow.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under Risk AI Agent, select the countries you want to enable Risk AI Agent in.
Configuration Options
Risk AI Agent has no configurable settings.
Add Conditions
The pass/fail decision that Risk AI Agent produces is fully automated. You do not need to configure Workflow Conditions.
